Terms of Service

Welcome to DroneTech Photography! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

DroneTech Photography offers professional drone photography and videography services, including aerial imagery for real estate, commercial properties, and other applications. All services are subject to availability and agreement on specific project terms.

Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To secure our services, you must provide all required details, including property information, desired services, and scheduling preferences.

  • Payment: A deposit of 50% is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the release of final deliverables.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit. Late cancellations may incur a fee of the complete 50% deposit. 

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the property or project site is accessible and safe for drone operation on the scheduled date.

  • Obtain all necessary permissions or permits required for drone flights on private or restricted property.

  • Provide accurate information regarding the property and any specific requirements for the project.

Drone Operations and Compliance

  • DroneTech Photography adheres to all applicable FAA regulations and local drone laws.

  • Flights will not be conducted in unsafe conditions, restricted airspace, or areas prohibited by law. In such cases, we may reschedule or cancel the project, with notice provided to the client. 

  • Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no additional cost to the client. 

 

Deliverables

  • Deliverables, including photos and videos, will be provided in digital format unless otherwise agreed. 

  • Standard delivery time is between 3 business days, with expedited options available for an additional fee. 

  • DroneTech Photography retains ownership of all raw footage unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All photos, videos, and other materials created by DroneTech Photography are copyrighted works. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the agreed purposes.

  • Clients may not alter, sell, or distribute the materials without prior written consent. 

 

Liability

  • DroneTech Photography carries liability insurance for drone operations.

  • We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, technical issues, or third-party interference. 

  • Clients are responsible for any damages to property or equipment caused by their negligence or failure to disclose relevant site conditions.

 

Refunds and Disputes

  • Refunds are provided only in cases of service cancellation by DroneTech Photography or failure to deliver agreed-upon services.

  • Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project completion.

 

Website Use

  • By using our website, you agree to refrain from unauthorized use, including hacking, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate website access without notice.

 

Changes to Terms

  • DroneTech Photography reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the City of Houston. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of the City of Houston.
